Hydrogen-containing silicone oil with a relative molecular mass of about 11,000 was previously adjusted to a viscosity of 0.22 Pa · s with glycol, and then added to the reaction kettle. Then C3H5(C2H4O)10 ^(C3H6O)10OH and epoxy propyl methacrylate (the molar ratio of the three is 1: 1.5: 7) are added to seal the reaction device.
